  • So I have never purchased a car from here so this review is more about their service department. My employer has for some reason deemed me most capable of maintaining our fleet, which makes perfect sense seeing as I don't even know how to open a car's hood, let alone what a belt does or where the oil goes. That's where Roberts comes in! I have been using them for about 6 months now, which means about 10 oil changes and 10 consistent experiences. The facility is always clean, and the service is very quick and courteous. I have never felt like I need to know about cars to keep myself from being taken advantage of here.  While sitting in their spacious and quite comfortable waiting room I have overheard many conversations between staff and other patrons. Full explanations are always given as well as options. That is what I most enjoy hearing. I genuinely feel that these guys are there to help service cars, not just to make money.  The prices are fine and their scheduling is quite simple. For those North of the river folks, or those willing to travel for good service, Roberts should definitely be a consideration.-Jimmy H
  • We did a lot of the original communication over the phone and via email and Angie gave us the exact numbers and information in person as was discussed over the phone. This did NOT happen with any of the 4 other dealership we went to before discovering Roberts. We live in Fairway Kansas and drove to out by the airport because we were spending a lot of money on a Tahoe and we needed to trust the people we would be dealing with now, and later if God forbid something should happen to our SUV. You have no idea how many dealerships told us one thing over the phone, or on their Ads and then we would go there and they would not honor any of the claims. How do they get away with this? It was horrible. We tell everyone about "Our" Roberts dealership and our Sales girl. This is actual a big deal to us as we own a business as well and our recommendation is a reflection of ourselves and our reputation. But we are pretty proud of them and appreciate people who run their business as we do ours, integrity, honest and customer satisfaction always. Thanks, -Tim B
  • I don't write reviews very often, I think this is my third one. Being in my 80's, it is not something I am used to. But I just had to write about the wonderful experience we had at this dealership. We had Angie as our salesman, and that little lady is a doll! I would not have guessed that she would be so good, and that a salesman would make that much of a difference, but I just had the best time with her and if I had the money I would buy a car from her every day of the week! They were all so kind and helpful and it felt like a nice hometown feel there. It was just fantastic! Oh and I love my car too!-Stephanie T

I enjoyed the purchase of the new Corvette from my first encounter with the sales person Angie (by the way she has a great personality) to Bruce the Sales Manager.   • My car broke down expectantly and I was unable to take off to shop for a new car and my evenings are packed with my children's activities, and the saleswoman Angie was kind enough to work with my parents to work out the purchase. I sent a list of what I was looking for and she worked hard to find a vehicle in my price range that addressed my needs and had loads of extras that I was not really looking for in my new vehicle.   • Why does our whole family buy only from Roberts Chevrolet Buick ? Because of the way we are greeted with a friendly face and treated as family members by everyone. We are at ease and not pressured to buy. My brother knew I was looking to buy a car in another town and I asked him to take me. He said I had to go to Roberts before I purchased the car in my town, as he knew John Roberts and always buys his cars from him.
